Warranty
Spunky Solar warrants its solar panels to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 5 years from the purchase date. The warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Spunky Solar will replace defective solar panels during the warranty period. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or use beyond normal consumer purposes. Repairs by unauthorized facilities and products purchased through online auctions are also excluded.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Spunky Solar offers a 30-day money back guarantee for purchases on SpunkySolar.com. Unsatisfied customers can return the product within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping costs if no quality issues exist). Products returned outside of 30 days require authorization and may have a restocking fee.
Return Process
To return an item, contact Spunky Solar via email ([email protected]) within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned in original packaging, with all materials included, and in new or like-new condition. A return authorization number is required.

Spunky Solar does not accept returns or offer refunds for custom configured or branded products, or products purchased from a third-party retailer.
How to Return an Item

Process for Returning Product

- Write the RMA number on the return shipping label.
- Spunky Solar is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.
